Frequently Asked Questions

(a) How do I place my order?

Kindly complete the Order Form and email the Form and payment transaction reference number to us at [email protected]. An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming your order and delivery date. Sales is FINAL upon issuance of email confirmation.

(b) Price

All prices published are fixed and quoted in Malaysian Ringgit unless otherwise specified. Delivery is free within Malaysia for a minimum purchase of 2 pairs.

(c) Delivery

Please allow at least a delivery lead time of 5 to 7 working days (upon confirmation of payment). We will not be held liable if customer provides wrong delivery address. For office address, please state the name of company and department on the Order Form. No delivery will be made to P.O. Box address. We do ship internationally, upon request. Please take note that customer would have to bear the prevailing shipping cost and custom clearance (if applicable). Please email us at [email protected] for an estimated shipping cost.

The actual item may vary slightly compared to the picture due to screen resolution and lighting. We assure you that all the items are brand new and are in good condition; therefore exchange or return of item is not allowed. Satisfaction guaranteed!
